Alright latté lovers, buckle up because the beet latté is coming in hot!

This trendy, pretty in pink beet latté isn’t just an eye-googling drink to ponder about, you should really actually give it a go.

I wanted to create a beet latté that was zesty, earthy and a little bit spicy. Cause in the winter time, we could all use a little something fun!

Grapefruit is a brightener, perfect for balancing out the earthiness of the beets. Ginger adds just a little kick and is great to consume during the winter months of sickness.

So what’s the secret to making a delicious citrus ginger beet latté? Well you might have guessed it, but this latté is made with organic beet root powder, freshly juiced grapefruit and ginger, oat milk and raw honey. So fresh and comforting. Not to mention, this citrus ginger beet latté is a health star.

Beet root powder

…can also be considered brain juice.

According to a study, beet root helps to improve your work-out, acting as an energy booster and increasing blood flow to the brain. It’s very much loved by the fitness community as a source of natural pre-work out.

I love the natural energy I get from this citrus ginger beet latté, especially because if I have more than one regular, expresso latté, anxiety will plague me most the day.

Grapefruit

…packs that punch of zesty-deliciousness. It’s also packed with the antioxidant vitamin C, helping to support a healthy immune system.

Ginger

…you either love it, or are totally turned off from the pungent, in-your-face flavor. No need to worry, the raw honey in this citrus ginger beet latté helps to tone down the spiciness. Or if you are a ginger lover, add even more (you are brave, btw).

Raw Honey

I like to say, a teaspoon a day, keeps your health at bay. Honey is best when bought as local as possible, in its raw form. You don’t want to buy honey that has been processed as it loses precious nutrients through the heating process.

Oat Milk

Creamy and smooth, oat milk has my approval! I love the comforting aspect oat milk brings to this citrus ginger beet latté. If you have a nut allergy, this is your new best friend.

I hope you enjoy this divine citrus ginger beet latte as much as I do!
