  • Author: Emily Schield
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8 oz 1x

Description

Looking for a healthy, delicious latté? This citrus ginger beet latté is a must try. Comforting, earthy, zesty, and a little bit of spice, it’s quickly become one of my favorite morning beverages.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grapefruit (freshly juiced preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (freshly juiced preferred)
  • 8 ounces oat milk (or milk of preference)
  • 1 teaspoon organic beet root powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

1. Using a juicer or a citrus squeezer, juice the grapefruit.

2. Using a juicer, juice the ginger.

3. In a milk frother or using a small saucepan, heat the oat milk until medium-hot. Add the beet root powder and raw honey. Whisk until completely dissolved.

4. Add in the fresh juices and pour into your favorite mug. Sip, relax and enjoy!

Notes

If you do not have a juicer,  you can omit or use ginger spice. If using ginger spice, start with a 1/4 teaspoon and adjust based on your spice preference.
